Bio The basics: I'm an 18-year-old student, finished high school in June, and taking a gap year to see some more of the world. Home is Scotland, with my family & two black labs, and I'm here until the end of November, when I'm off to the Alps for 5 months to work in a ski resort. I've just done some exploring round Europe, and I'd like to fit in some more city breaks before I go to France.
I'm an aspiring writer, and hope one day to do it professionally. My favourite genre is urban fantasy, and I'm looking for a title for my new WIP, about a girl called Martha. I read a ridiculous amount of books, and am going to try and review more of them on here.
Where else you'll find me on the web: On most sites now I go by 'Daeonica' - it's a pretty safe bet that if you see someone called daeonica on a message board, that's going to be me.
I post book reviews at The Book Bundle.
I'm also a mod at the friendly writers message board, The Writer's Chronicle.
